Boniface Mwangi who is acting dead in the video narrates horrifically that he has no fear of death since he has done the best to speak for the oppressed in the society. It is an old video that shows Mwangi lying on cold morgue’s slab, acting dead to enforce the message that he was ready to die for the common good of the Kenyans. In the video, Mwangi tells Kenyans that they’ll be judged based on the things that they did when they were alive. It’s nevertheless, a video that has resurfaced at a time when the activist is locked in a court battle with DP Ruto over defamation claims. Mwangi previously wrote on social media that he was hoping that Ruto wouldn’t kill him like he killed his friend, Jacob Juma. Ruto through his lawyers, demanded that Mwangi tenders a public apology for the libelous statements that had maligned and caused the DP untold opprobrium.
